GOURMET SAMBAL

This type of Sauce / Condiment is Aunty Lulu's own Traditional Recipe of a world-wide favourite. Sambal is known by many different names in various Countries but is essentially a Spicy Chilli / Pepper Oil with various  Ingredients such as Shrimp and / or Anchovies being added according to local preference. In Ghana, West Africa, for example, it's local name is known as ' Shito ' whilst in the Philippines it is very similar to their local Sauce called ' Bagoong '. In Indonesia and Malaysia, where Sambal is very popular and well known, there are many, if not hundreds of varieties of Sambal with each having their own unique taste. Aunty Lulu's version is specially hand-made to create a Gourmet taste which is as good, if not better, than anything else available anywhere in the World.
