GOURMET SHITO

This is Aunty Lulu's all-time favourite. " SHITO " simply means "  PEPPER " in one of Ghana's local Dialects. A staple of Ghana's cuisine, Shito is widely consumed as a condiment / sauce with a large variety of local Dishes. Everybody thinks their own version is the best, however, Aunty Lulu's version is a result of years of fine-tuning and perfecting her own receipe to appeal to even the most fussy of eaters.
